4700 trees for Ngiya

Remember our last post about trees in Germany and Kenya? Here is an update on that: When we did the Agroforestry project in Kenya together with Stawisha Africa, Stawisha also set up a tree nursary to sustainably provide trees to local farmers and families. What started off with a few square meters does now have over 4700 seedlings! Currently, Stawisha is running a project in which people can sponsor seedling for public spaces, like schools, hospitals etc.. Also see the latest interview with Dan Joshua, founder of Stawisha, here. We are looking forward to our next cooperation in a teaching computer basics project for the kids!
