Environmental Disposal of medical waste, Banjhakateri (Nepal)
Der Verein Brepal e.V. betreut den Bau eines kleinen Krankenhauses in Banjhakateri. Banjhakatrei ist ein Dorf mit ca. 6000 Einwohnern im Distrikt Gulmi im Zentrum Nepals. TeoG wurde angefragt, eine Lösung für den anfallenden infizierten Müll zu erarbeiten. Das Projektteam der Regionalgruppe Nürnberg begann im März 2014 mit der Planung. Es sollte ein Müllverbrennungsofen vom Typ De Montfort Mark 8a zum Einsatz kommen.
