Regional Groups

Our regional groups form an essential part of the work carried out by the ‘Technology Without Borders’ association. Volunteers from a variety of professional backgrounds are involved in these groups, contributing their ideas, experience and knowledge to the association’s work. Together, they plan and oversee projects, organise events and promote local engagement.

Whether you’re a student, a professional or simply interested – our regional and university groups offer the opportunity to get actively involved in sustainable development cooperation and become part of a Germany-wide network. University groups, in particular, enable students to get involved in practical ways whilst still studying, to develop their own ideas and to work together on projects.

Setting up a new regional or university student group

Would you like to get involved in ‘Technology Without Borders’ alongside others and take action at your university or in your local area? Setting up a new group gives you the opportunity to launch your own projects, bring together people with similar interests, and become part of our nationwide network. A dormant regional group?

Like most organisations that work with students and young people, Technik ohne Grenzen is a very dynamic organisation. It can happen that regional groups become inactive for a while, for example when a particularly active cohort of students has graduated and gone their separate ways, or when regional groups are merged. Some members of dormant regional groups find a new home in the TeoG Online RG. If you’d like to get involved in a currently dormant regional group and help revive it, simply send us an email at info@teog.de – we’ll then put you in touch with the formerly active members!
